CUTTING TECHNIQUE: MODERN VERTICAL GRADUATION - TIGI FUSE

“I wanted to share something that we can do while we’re at home” says TIGI APAC Creative Director, Gen Itoh. “I’ve been inspired by the trends I’ve seen globally and here in Asia, and created this tutorial for you to try.”

Gen also takes inspiration from the graduated cut he created for the TIGI Masterbrand Collection in 2013. He explains: “The form and the length are pretty much the same but I’ve updated the approach to give it more of an androgynous look.”

Watch Gen’s explanation of his inspiration, then try the technique for yourself.
