SPORTS LUXE: THE GRADUATED BOB 3 WAYS - TIGI FUSE -->

Gen approached this short graduated bob horizontally, using a point-cutting technique. The key to this haircut was to cut the length above the chin. This creates a ‘wiggy’ bob with a jagged edge, giving the look a modern feeling.

Inspiration came from the film Léon, directed by Luc Bresson, in which a young Natalie Portman played the leading role of Mathilda. Her hair was cut into a strong graduated bob with fringe, which formed the starting point for this look.

Gen created three different looks for his collection, identifying each look with a colour.

Gen prepared the hair with Bed Head Control Freak Serum for shine and sleekness, followed by Big Head Foam to add grip and hold. To finish the look, Gen applied Headrush for extra shine and separation.

For this alternative style, Gen used Bed Head Manipulator Matte to add hold and separation, then locked the look with Hard Head Hairspray.

For the third look, Gen used Bed Head Joyride to create a lived-in texture. To achieve a high-shine, wet look, Gen mixed Up Front Pomade with water and applied throughout the hair.
